In addition to general employee relation matters, we also provide advice regarding labour and employment issues involving corporate mergers, acquisitions and
restructuring. We regularly provide consultation to employers on the varying federal and local laws regulating the labour sector of the country. On the other hand, we represent unfairly treated or dismissed employees and cases of medical negligence, injury, accident or death.
